FAQ

Is this a private tour?

Yes. All of our tours are completely private and exclusively for you and your group. We never combine different bookings, allowing you to enjoy a personalized experience at your own pace.

What's included in the tour?

our tour includes private transportation, hotel pickup and drop-off, a professional local guide, a flexible itinerary, professional photography, edited high-resolution digital photos, and drone photography or video (weather and local aviation regulations permitting). Bottled water is also provided.

How long does the tour last?

Most of our tours last between 8 and 10 hours, depending on the itinerary, weather conditions, and the amount of time you'd like to spend at each location.

What should I bring?

We recommend comfortable walking shoes, layered clothing, a waterproof jacket, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a camera if you'd like to take your own photos. Weather in the Lake District can change quickly, so dressing in layers is always a good idea.

Are the tours suitable for children and older travelers?

Absolutely. Our private tours are designed to suit travelers of all ages. Since the itinerary is flexible, we can adapt the pace and stops to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone.

What happens if the weather is bad?

The weather in southern Chile is part of its unique beauty and can change throughout the day. Tours operate in most weather conditions, and we adjust the itinerary to make the most of the day. If severe weather makes the tour unsafe or prevents access to key attractions, we'll work with you to reschedule or discuss the best available options.
